Highway Center Inaugurates New Hypermarket in Hawalli
Kuwait: Highway Center, one of Kuwait’s oldest supermarkets, witnessed a spectacular event
on May 22nd, 2024, with the grand opening of its new hypermarket in Hawalli.
Mr. K. G. Abraham, Managing Director of NBTC Group, along with Mr. Shibey Abraham and Mr.
Benon Varghese Abraham, Deputy Managing Directors, inaugurated the event by cutting the
ribbon. They were joined by Mr. Geevarghese (DMD-MBTC Workshop Division), Mr. Hamza
Melekandy (GM – Trading Division), Mr. Manoj Nandhiyalth (Corp. GM – Admin & HR.), Mr.

The inauguration ceremony began with a prayer by Rev. K. C. Chacko, Vicar of Ahmadi
Immanuel Mar Thoma Parish, Kuwait. Mr. Mohammad Nasser Al Baddah, Chairman of NBTC,
then addressed the crowd as the chief guest.
